Samuel Kinsey is a dedicated business owner, co-managing 3's Barbershop in Sacramento alongside his grandfather. In addition his role at the barbershop, he serves as the president of the Kinsey Business Academy, an organization focused on assisting and supporting small business owners through entity formation and other essential services. His commitment to fostering entrepreneurship in the community is evident in his efforts to empower others on their business journeys.

Political Advocate 

Samuel Kinsey brings a wealth of experience in supporting small businesses, having served as Outreach Coordinator for the California Black Chamber of Commerce. His dedication to community engagement continued as he took on the role of Field Representative for Council-member Allen Wayne Warren. In 2018, he was appointed to the Police Commission by Mayor Steinberg, further demonstrating his commitment to public service community development. Samuel's diverse background equips him with the insights and skills necessary to assist small businesses effectively.

His is on enhancing employability skills and promoting financial literacy among the youth in the community. Through personalized guidance and support, Samuel helps individuals navigate their career paths and make informed financial decisions His dedication to fostering independence and success in young adults is evident in the positive impact he has on their lives.
